human rights in prison

Today i would like to approach the problem of human rights is a prison environment. First of all, i think we have to ask one question. Is the prison a place where the men are private of there rights?

The obsession with discipline characterized the incarceration, including through the creation of juvenile facilities. Prisons seems to be more like a parenthesis in terms of human rights. The strict politic that we have today is pulling more in the side of the punishment than in the side of social rehabilitation. As prisons are places that do not report profits, the gorverment is putting as less money as possible and prisons are full, more than they suppose to take. Wich has a result, give less care to convicts. In most cases deprive a man of his freedom is not the best way to make him amember of society.
